booking and payment
To book a party, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance can be paid before or on the day of the party.
Cancellations do not qualify for refunds. However, we offer flexible options, such as rescheduling or other adjustments to accommodate your needs.
Yes, you can make changes up to 48 hours before your party. Just contact us to update your booking details.
We follow an Actual Number Policy: charges are based on the number of attendees registered within the first hour of your party. Refreshments and party packs are also adjusted accordingly.
Party Packages and Add-Ons
Basic Package (7-9 children):
- Price: R360 per child.
- Includes:
- 3-hour access to Ultra World facilities.
- Party refreshments: Oros/Water + Simba Chips/Nik Naks.
- Themed special effect décor for a festive experience.
- Grip socks for each child.
Premium Package (10+ children):
- Price: R350 per child. (Includes free access for the birthday child when there are 10 paying children.)
- Includes:
- 3-hour access to Ultra World facilities.
- Party refreshments: Oros/Water + Simba Chips/Nik Naks.
- Social media celebration for the birthday child.
- Themed special effect décor for a festive experience.
- Grip socks for each child.
We offer the following add-ons to make your celebration even more special:
- Personalized Birthday Song: R200/song. A custom song just for the birthday child.
- Personalized Birthday Book: Starting from R250. A unique storybook featuring the birthday child as the main character.
If there are fewer than 10 paying children, the package will be adjusted to the Basic Package pricing. This ensures that the package aligns with the actual number of attendees.
Facilities and Parent Attendance
We designed our parent attendance fee to ensure parents have a comfortable and enjoyable experience alongside their children. Here’s what the fee includes:
- Access to Facilities: Parents can fully participate in the fun with access to our high-tech, interactive facilities, designed to engage all ages.
- Comfortable Seating: Reserved seating allows parents to relax and enjoy the party in comfort while still being close to their children.
- Safety with Grip Socks: We provide grip socks for parents to ensure safety while moving around the play areas.
- Complimentary Coffee and Tea: Enjoy complimentary refreshments, making it a relaxing experience while the children play.
This setup lets parents be active participants, sharing memorable experiences with their children instead of merely watching from the sidelines.

Yes, all guests, including parents, must wear grip socks while using Ultra World facilities for safety and hygiene reasons. Grip socks can be purchased at Ultra World if needed.
Party Duration and Timing
Our parties are booked in 3-hour slots to give everyone ample time to enjoy the facilities and celebrate:
- Slot A: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Slot B: 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM
We kindly ask that parties stay within their reserved time slot. If you wish to extend the celebration beyond the booked time, additional fees will apply to cover the extended use of our facilities and services. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to explore this option, so we can make the necessary arrangements.
We allow a one-hour registration period at the beginning of your three-hour session to confirm the final number of attendees.
Food and Beverages
We offer a menu with options such as sandwiches, burgers, juice, and water. As we do not have an on-site kitchen, food preparation may take additional time.
Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own food. However, cooking is not permitted on-site.
Yes, platters from our partner restaurants are available with pre-booking to ensure timely delivery.
Decorations and Venue Policies
No, the themed decorations are for presentation purposes only and cannot be taken home.
Yes, no cooking appliances or gas are allowed, and smoking is not permitted within the facility. You are free to bring food, provided there is no on-site cooking.
Safety and Liability
The party host is responsible for any damages caused to Ultra World property by their guests.
Yes, adequate adult supervision is required for children throughout the party.
Ultra World is not liable for any injuries sustained during the party. Guests participate at their own risk and must adhere to Ultra World’s health and safety guidelines.
