About Ultra World
Ultra World is an interactive indoor children’s education and entertainment centre designed to provide a fun, safe, and engaging environment. Our facility includes a variety of attractions, such as interactive floor projection games, Smash Walls, rock climbing, interactive slides, trampolines, a shadow mirage for dancing, and an immersive VR Room. We also offer an AI learning program for children, making Ultra World a place for both entertainment and education.
Ticketing and Entry
- Children’s Tickets:
- R100 for toddlers (excludes grip socks).
- R150 for children between 60cm-125cm (excludes grip socks).
- R180 for children above 125cm (excludes grip socks).
- Parent Tickets:
- R110 per parent (includes access, grip socks up to large size).
- R140 per parent (includes access and jumbo-size socks, size 8+).
- Grip Socks:
- R50 for up to large size.
- R120 for jumbo size (size 8+).
Yes, for safety and hygiene, all guests are required to wear grip socks while using our facilities. You may bring your own or purchase them at Ultra World.
Our tickets are categorized by height to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience:
- Toddlers: Children under 60cm.
- Junior: Children between 60cm-125cm.
- General: Children above 125cm. This helps us tailor the experience to children’s needs and capabilities, keeping them safe and engaged.
The parent ticket includes:
- Access to seating areas and designated play areas.
- Safety grip socks.
- Full access to enjoy the high-tech interactive facilities alongside their children.
VR Room
Our VR Room offers an immersive virtual reality experience for guests to enjoy a variety of games and activities in a 3D environment.
The VR Room is available for R50 per 10-minute session.
The VR Room experience is open to all guests, including parents. Anyone who purchases a session can play and enjoy the immersive VR activities.
The VR Room is best suited for children ages 8 and above. Younger children may participate with parental guidance, though it may not be suitable for very young children.
VR Room sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis. To guarantee a spot, we recommend booking at the front desk when you arrive.
Parents are welcome to play in the VR Room themselves or assist younger children if needed. Whoever pays for a session can fully participate.
Session Duration and Operating Hours
We offer a variety of session lengths to suit different needs. All prices exclude grip socks.
- Happy 30: 30 minutes for R50.
- Happy Hour: 1 hour for R100.
- Normal Access: Up to 3 hours.
- Toddler: R100 (for children under 60cm).
- Junior: R150 (for children between 60cm-125cm).
- Hero Access: R180 (for children above 125cm).
The Parent Ticket duration aligns with the child’s session. For example, if the child has a Happy 30 session, the parent ticket is also valid for 30 minutes. Likewise, if the child has a 3-hour session, the parent ticket covers the same period.
Our hours vary based on the season:
Off-Peak Season:
- Monday: Closed
- Tuesday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
School Holidays:
Open on Mondays and regular hours from Tuesday to Sunday.Festive Peak Season:
Open daily from 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
Note: We recommend arriving early to enjoy the full experience, as closing times are strictly observed.
Safety and Staff Certifications
Safety is our top priority. All guests, including parents, must wear grip socks while using our facilities. Adult supervision is required for children, and we ask all guests to adhere to our health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
Yes, Ultra World has certified staff on-site, including trained fire fighters and first aiders, to ensure a safe experience for everyone. Our team is equipped to handle emergencies and provide first-aid assistance if needed.
In addition to our certified safety staff, Ultra World is equipped with emergency exits, a comprehensive fire safety system, and an established emergency response plan. Parents can feel confident that our team is prepared to handle any situation.

Our facilities are primarily designed for children, but parents can join their children in designated areas. The parent ticket provides access to seating and specific play areas where adult supervision is encouraged.
Yes, for the safety of all guests, certain items are not permitted within the facility. Dangerous items, including cooking appliances, gas stoves, and any sharp objects, are strictly prohibited. Additionally, smoking is not allowed on-site. You are welcome to bring your own food, but please use designated seating areas for eating and drinking. For safety reasons, liquids are not permitted near electronic devices, and no cooking or heating is allowed on-site.
Food and Beverage Options
We offer a variety of menu options, including sandwiches, burgers, juice, and water. We partner with local restaurants to provide these items, so please check our menu for details and note that food preparation may take additional time. Pre-ordering is recommended to ensure timely delivery.
Yes, you may bring your own food. However, all food and drinks should be consumed in designated seating areas only, and no food or beverages are allowed inside the game areas.

Programs and Additional Services
Yes, we offer AI learning programs for children and parents, covering topics like AI for school projects, creative design, and entrepreneurship. Each course is priced at R1850 per child, with an option for a bundle of all three courses at R5499.

Refunds and Rescheduling
